I have been going to the gym for years, without a goal in mind, and always thought that I was never destined to be physically fit.
I signed up James as my PT to just give it a try for a month. One of the things he did in the first week was to help me clean up my diet. He didn’t tell me what to eat, but rather gave me the tools to decide what foods to choose, One the best life lessons. His program was well structured and motivated me to push my boundaries. After a few weeks of training and to my surprise I could see losing my belly fat, I was breaking my PB’s and feeling really good.
I continued PT with him and after a few months I had lost all of my excess fat and my abs were visible, something that I never thought was possible for me. When I travelled back home, my transformation inspired a lot of my friends to start working out, a proud feeling that cannot be put into words.
