Deadlifts 10 - 60 kg
21, 15, 9 complete 3 rounds on the rep count as fast as possible. The reps drop each round.
Once complete take 3 minutes break.
Part B
Burpees
Push press 4 - 15 kg
Squats 4 - 15 kg
9 – 15 – 21 – increase the reps after each set is completed.
