Use barbell or dumbbells, 20kg for female and 35kg for men

10 front squats

10 push press

10 bent over rows

10 up right rows

10 back squat

10 bicep curls

Take 1:40 break after each set – 3 rounds

Complete the circuit without dropping the bar. Each time the bar is dropped perform 6 burpees.
