Pick 2 exercises for the session, 1 compound and 1 accessory. Example, Chest press and tricep’s extension. Complete 10 rounds of 10 reps on both exercises.
This is a high volume session and should see you push your limit for both exercises, select a weight less then your normal weight range. Breaks must be kept to 2 minutes, if failure begins drop weight. Use this type of session to shake up your normal training programme.
