F7 FAQs

How fit do I need to be?

You only require basic fitness levels to begin our F7 programme.

During the onboarding phase we carry out our signature F7 FMA (Functional Movement Assessment) to check you are moving well through the fundamental movement patterns required for sessions.

If we identify anything that needs work we will recommend side stepping into some 1-2-1 PT sessions to prepare you for starting F7.

Every F7 session will have movements that are scalable and can be done at any level between beginner or expert.

So whether you are new to fitness, returning after a break, a regular gym goer, an athlete or a crossfitter – there’s a space at F7 for you!

What’s the difference between F7 and 1-2-1 personal training?

You will attend 3-4 F7 sessions a week – this is required to get the full benefit and long term changes from the programme. You will also have the option to do an open gym session at the studio each week.

F7 session times start from 6am and run at intervals throughout the day. We will share the latest timetable with you during our initial consultation.

How much does it cost?

Our packages start at £16.50 per session and are paid monthly by direct debit. 

This is around half the price of an average 1-2-1 personal training session.

Plus you are gaining a host of other benefits – a new community to train with, feeling accountable, access to first class apps and body scans to help monitor your progress. Plus you can come for an extra open gym session each week.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

We want you to love it so much that you stay part of the F7 Programme long term!

The programme will always evolve with you, as your goal setting is personal to you. So this can be a long term training plan to make sure you achieve even bigger goals.

One thing we love to see – the goals you set after 12 weeks will be very different to those you set at the beginning. This growth and shifting mindset is what makes us love to show up for our community every day!

If you are ready to move on after the 12 weeks, that’s fine too. We would suggest at that time to go back to our open gym or fitness classes.
